Supply Chain Transportation & Logistics Center
The University of Washington is home to the Supply Chain Transportation & Logistics Center, a world leader in supply chain, transportation and logistics research and education. The SCTL Center serves as a powerful nexus of industry, transportation infrastructure agencies and policy makers, analyzing and solving problems surrounding urban goods delivery, logistic hubs and ports, sustainability and freight system performance management.
The SCTL Center houses the Urban Freight Lab, an innovative partnership comprised of private industry, academic researchers and public agencies, which aims to benefit all by addressing complex urban freight problems that overlap public and private sectors.
Anne Goodchild, the founding director of the SCTL Center, is also the academic director for the SCTL program. As a student in the UW Online Master of Supply Chain Transportation & Logistics, you’ll get the opportunity to build a professional network and get engaged in advanced research at the SCTL Center.
